In order to support reconstruction of Sochi seaport as well as for creation of favorable conditions for development of sea travel products in Russian Black Sea ports, representing and promotion of Sochi seaport, on an international cruise shipping market as a centre of passenger and cruise shipping on the Black Sea, a dedicated document was drafted and is to be signed by the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport of the Russian Federation and Association of Mediterranean Cruise Ports MEDCRUISE – Memorandum of Understanding. In the framework of this agreement the parties will provide mutual support in different fields: from proposals on cruise calls to assistance on development of legislative and legal procedures in terms of international sea passenger tourism.
